The story is set around Nadja (Peri Baumeister), a woman with a mysterious illness traveling with her son Elias (Carl Anton Koch) to see a doctor in New York. When terrorists pursue hijacking the transatlantic flight, Nadja must decide if she should reveal her deepest secret to save her son.

The film is directed by Peter Thorwarth.
